Home Depot Curbside Pickup

The 2020 pandemic caused in person safety concerns across the retail landscape. To adapt and solve for this new customer issue the store and online teams had to rally quickly and get a new curbside pickup experience out to the physical stores and digital platforms ASAP. I was brought into the App team to help develop storytelling spot illustrations and vehicle icons for the digital pickup flow that helped guide the customer through the new experience. The goal was to help a customer use the app to select curbside pickup, track their pickup order, find their way to pickup location and notify a THD employee that they have arrived.
